The investors of the Fund are a group of individuals with diverse business and investment background

In 2010 the Fund invested in the first Russian self-storage company Skladovka (www.skladovka.ru)
Currently Skladovka owns and operates 9 self storage facilities in Moscow with 30,000 m2 of net lettable area being the largest player in Moscow. Today 7 out 9 Skladovka facilities are 98% filled, one facility was recently commissioned and 1 new facility is being developed
The Fund currently is the majority shareholder in Skladovka and we plan to further develop another 20 facilities in Russia over the next 5 years.

In order to build on its successful self-storage expertise, Strategy Fund has created an international self-storage platform – Top Box with an objective to develop significant self-storage operations in Europe: Germany, Poland, Russia and other European countries

Our plan is to develop 20+ free-hold self-storage facilities in Germany over the next 5 years.
Currently we are developing three self-storage facilities in Germany:
- A 7,400 sqm self-storage facility in the city of Duisburg to be commissioned in the end of 2018
- A 11,000 sqm self-storage facility in the city of Wiesbaden, which we plan to commission in summer 2018
- A 6,400 sqm self-storage facility in the city of Essen to be commissioned in 2019
The plan for 2018 is to acquire another 2-3 properties to develop self-storage facilities
